Why Use Stream Deck with EZStageManager?

The Elgato Stream Deck provides tactile, one-touch control over your timers. Perfect for:

• Production booth operators
• Live streamers managing their own timing
• AV technicians running multiple events
• Anyone who wants physical button control

What You’ll Need

• Elgato Stream Deck (any model)
• Stream Deck software installed
• An EZStageManager room URL

Setup

Use Stream Deck’s built-in Website action to open the EZStageManager controller in your browser:

1. Drag a “Website” action to a button
2. Enter your EZStageManager controller URL
3. Press the button to open the controller

Once the controller is open, you can use keyboard shortcuts (Space to play/pause, etc.) for one-touch control via Stream Deck’s Hotkey action.

We provide a free icon pack for EZStageManager-themed Stream Deck buttons. Download includes:

• Start, stop, pause icons in brand orange
• Timer number icons
• Message icons
• Navigation icons

Troubleshooting

Buttons not responding?

Make sure the controller page is the active browser window — Stream Deck’s Hotkey action only sends shortcuts to the focused window.
