Quick Start (30 Seconds)
The fastest way to get started:
- Create a room - Click "Create Room" on the homepage
- Set your time - Enter the duration for your first timer
- Share the link - Open the viewer URL on your display device
That's it. No account required, no installation, no configuration.
Understanding Rooms
A "room" in StageFlow is your timer workspace. Each room has:
- Controller URL - Where you control the timer (your device)
- Viewer URL - What speakers see (stage display)
- Room code - A unique identifier for your room
Multiple devices can connect to the same room. All connected devices stay perfectly synchronized.

Setting Up Your Display
For the best experience, set up your stage display:
- Copy the viewer URL from your room
- Open it on your stage display device (TV, monitor, laptop)
- Make the browser full-screen (usually F11 or Cmd+Shift+F)
- Position the display where speakers can see it

Test your setup before the event. Make sure speakers can clearly read the timer from their position on stage.
