Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StageFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

Description of Service

StageFlow provides a web-based stage timing application that allows users to create, control, and display countdown timers for events. The service includes both free and paid features.

Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with the proper working of the service
  • Use the service to transmit malware or viruses
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate another person or entity

Paid Services

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StageFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our service (timer configurations, messages, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

Limitation of Liability

StageFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
